Project Description

This interview-based research study for the Harvard Business School focuses on women practitioners of social impact design. The study design identified core research questions and a selection of interviewees from the ecosystem of the emerging social impact design movement.

The interview protocol focuses on the relationship between personal identity, including issues of gender, class, race and background, with professional identity and uncovers moments of empowerment and disempowerment women in practice face.
